Free UK delivery on every order

Delivery is always free, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay – no hidden fees.

Delivery times at a glance

UK warehouse	2–5 working days after dispatch (orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days)
Partner warehouse	6–14 working days from the day you order

Every product page shows the delivery time that applies to that item, so you'll always know what to expect before you buy.

Ordering several items?

If your order includes items from both warehouses, they'll arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Deliveries to some remote areas, such as parts of the Scottish Highlands and islands, may take a little longer.

Tracking your order

As soon as each parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Delays or missing parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the delivery time shown on the product page, or its tracking hasn't updated for several days, please get in touch. We'll look into it straight away and, if it has been lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Check your address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
